Exclusive Joint Venture Agreement with Scientific Games covering 26 foreign countries.

WON the tender for 10-year exclusive monopoly license to manage Turkey’s National Lottery (MP) on July 15th, 2014 for US$ 2.755bn plus 18% VAT.
The deal couldn’t be signed on its completion date -April 15, 2015- set forth by the Privatization Board.
New tender auction is scheduled on March 10th of 2017.
